Quote from your own price list, in your own words
Upload your current price list, review the products that need a decision, and check a sample quote before activating it. New estimates then use your confirmed material prices and product names. Anything your list does not price stays clearly marked as FDStudio pricing.
It is your list, and it stays private
Your catalog and your prices are visible to your account and to nobody else — not to other contractors, not to other suppliers, not to us in any form we resell. It is not a listing and there is nothing to be found in. It is your own price book, driving your own quotes.
Your names, not ours
Once your list is live, an estimate says Newport 2-Rail 72" × 71", not "PVC pre-fab panel". Your wording replaces our catalog wording everywhere it appears in your account — the material list, the client quote, the invoice. A customer reading your estimate sees your yard's language, because that is the language you sold them in.
Including the colours we have never carried
Hazelwood, Supernova, Lava, Ontario Green Cedar — real manufacturers' colours that no generic catalog lists. We read them off your sheet, price them at what you charge for them, and put them on the swatch picker under the names you gave them. A colour you list but never priced stays out, so nothing quietly falls back to a white price under a premium colour.
Review your list and start quoting
Drop in a CSV, XLSX, PDF or photo. We group repeated products and ask you about uncertain matches, units and pack counts. Check a relevant fence or deck quote, including any fallback prices, then activate the reviewed products. Larger or less readable sheets can need more review.
Use the prices you mean to quote
Your price book supplies material prices before estimate adjustments. If your list already contains selling prices, use 0% material markup to keep those prices unchanged. If it contains purchase costs, set the markup you want on the estimate. Labour, tax and delivery are configured separately.
